I am, Chris Bolen - I have recently moved from Vancouver BC, where I was a foreman for a busy Flood and Fire Restoration Company. I have 5 years experience as a Professional Painter, as well as, 3 years in the restoration industry. My goal is to provide excellent service and workmanship at a reasonable price.
A big part of my service includes good communication, many times when a customer is not satisfied with a company, it is the lack of communication, rather than poor workmanship, that is at the root of the problem. I aim to keep my customers informed all the way through the process.
Cleanliness as well is a common complaint among customers, again the workmanship can be very good, but it's hard to see a good paint job if there are tools, and paint cans laying around the work place.
Good business is as much about building a relationship as it is about completing jobs. I strive to build a relationship with my customers based on trust, by listening to their cares and concerns and forming a plan of action that makes them feel in control. Trust hinges on Honesty, I will always be honest with my customers as a matter of moral rightness, rather than a matter of good business.
My aim is to be different from other companies, however, "difference for the sake of difference - such as a purple uniform - is simply confusing. Differences that offer real and tangible value"* are better, and those differences are the means by which I strive to distinguish my company.
